I use these tools regularly and hope you find them useful 90% of folks I talk to can use at least one of them…I’m just sayin’, it might be worth 5 minutes to take a gander. 😆 Hope you find something helpful! Deep Dive for SELECT COMPONENTS The Business Model Canvas walks through each step, but below are a few highlights / focus areas WHO'S YOUR CUSTOMER? WHAT'S YOUR VALUE PROPOSITION? PRODUCT MARKET FIT (talk about iterative!?) Finding product-market fit: models and frameworks for SaaS companies (link to Notion VC blog post) This is a useful framework applicable to non-SaaS businesses, especially when leveraging the "Who's your Customer" section above.
